The power of suggestion to transform experience

Hypnotherapist? What made you choose this as a career?” is the question I am asked almost every time.

For all of my life I lived as a girl who was afraid to be who she was. I was codependent, struggled with food and body image issues. I based my worth on the validation I would receive from men. I would self-sabotage rather than face my uncomfortable feelings. I had a deep desire to be accepted but did not feel good enough to be. In 2017, everything came crashing down and I hit rock bottom. In this moment, I had an inner knowing that there was more to life than the way I was experiencing it. I am here to tell you that you are not alone and that there is a way out.

About 8 or 9 years into my marriage, two beautiful girls later, lots of marital issues, many years of marriage counseling, I had reached a dead end.  Nothing seemed to help get our relationship on track.

During this time, I came to realize that I am losing my sense of self, using self-sabotage as a coping mechanism for my emotional discomfort and allowing my past traumas to block me from the internal freedom I deserve.

A dear friend of mine recommended I try hypnotherapy and so I did.  During the course of my therapy I was able to transform my way of living, my thought process and find my true purpose in life.

This transformation has inspired me to help those in need get the results they desire through the power of hypnotherapy.
